Leo DiCaprio and Ben Kingsley are in the movie. It's finished, and comes out in October 2009. He's seen some footage, and he said it's really disturbing. He said he doesn't get the effect that his books have on people, but the film is really disturbing. Lehane said he's seen a shot that will probably a trailer. Teddy (DiCaprio) walks up the hospital on Shutter Island. There's a woman patient sitting there, with a scar across her throat. She looks at Teddy, and slices her finger across her throat. He said the scene freaks him out. He thinks it will be disturbing.

Probably not finished with all the post production. Thanks for posting, arnzilla. I'm so excited for this movie!

Thanks Arnzi. I guess and I want to believe that in this present case, they will make a trailer, like a pure noir film trailer, a thriller film, giving no clue, no indication of what's really hidden behind. I hope trailer makers will play the game.
