It recently had a serious outing in New Zealand (every day for a week) and picked up a "Sullivan's Pub" baseball cap on the way. My week was spent with my daughter and the hoodies history was explained and discussed a few times along the way. Today she emailed this story to me. (Vitamin D is not in short supply where I live!)

Hey Margot there was more about the dangers of hoodies on the news tonight. I suspect the fault lies in their lifestyle, not their clothing :roll: :roll:

Hoodies are definitely discouraged in the UK at the moment. We are led to believe that beneath a hoodie lerks a criminal ready to rip you off disguised beneath his hood but am sure this doesn't apply to Margot and her special hoodie. Wear it with pride Margot!:D:D

LOL Margot. They are really down on them here at the moment but I have one and when I feel particularly rebellious I love to wear it. They are so practical for our damp, windy weather!:D
