Thanks, Arnzilla :D Very good news. Is Vera pretty much out of the running now? Crossing fingers for tomorrow. Theoretically speaking, it could get another 7 nominations.

Peanut80- 12-12-2006

Arnzilla Thanks for fantastic news .....extending "CONGRATS" to Scorsese and Co ! :) Also...sending "DOUBLE CONGRATS" to Leonardo DiCaprio for nods for both of his performances ..as well as...both of his recent films = "TD & BD" :)

D'Angelo, eh? He's a tough sell, so to put down Scorsese for best director is impressive to me. Not that I agree with all his choices, mind you.

Peanut80- 12-14-2006

Yapi Not really sure ...but I think DiCaprio getting two nods for lead actor is a first in GG's Yes..great news for TD/Marty/DiCaprio for sure/Jackand Mark / and Monahan !!!! Was hoping Vera might have gotten a nod for Arnz !

yapi- 12-14-2006

ok so what does that mean for the oscars and SAG ? : -the departed, marty are clearly a lock to be nominated. -jack is a lock too. -whalberg has a chance too. -but for dicaprio what does that mean ? he could be supporting in one and lead in another movie, isn't it ?
