Is it from Hitchcock's Spellbound? The music from the Dali Dream Sequence?. You got it.

leela- 08-17-2008

Thanks for that Arnzilla My memory and concentration have been terrible lately it's good to know I haven't completely lost it just yet

Lou- 08-17-2008

12 points to England ! Leela, I'm on my knees... Bravos !

Shynney- 08-17-2008

Well done Leela! :D Kind of miss that lovely soothing music though. Am completely lost with the new addition! Arnzilla is making us work!

arnzilla- 08-18-2008

Here's a clue...

will- 08-18-2008

Oh, missed the previous one. :( Arnzilla, can you post a link? I can't always hear the music, either. I only seem to hear the scarier ones. One day (or night) I'll pop in here and some kind of evil laughter will greet me... I think this one's is from Seconds, but I only know it because I watched the title sequence recently.

arnzilla- 08-18-2008

Correct! Jerry Goldsmith's title sequence to Seconds. Here's the previous one by Miklos Rozsa. Some days the background music is down because the hosting site has a 24-hour bandwidth limit.

leela- 08-21-2008

Congratulations Will. I would never have got that one, I thought is sounded like the the intro to Pleased to Meet You but Robbie never came in with the words :D

Lou- 08-22-2008

Isaac Hayes... or inspired by...

arnzilla- 08-22-2008

Nope. It's from a movie and the name of the track is "amnesia."

Lou- 08-24-2008

The least I can say is that it's not a Michael Danna soundtrack

Shynney- 09-05-2008

Arnzilla is obviously still challenging us with the laughing 'Frankenstein' music that accompanies these boards but its beyond me. Guess my depth of film knowledge is not good although I continually work on that. Maybe this time he has stumped us all! Maybe Dr Naehring performing the lobotomy on poor Teddy?

arnzilla- 09-06-2008

Shynney, you guessed it without even trying. It's the end titles music for "Seconds," including the actual sound of the final scene, and an evil laugh thrown in for Will. Now back to the previous one that went unanswered...

leela- 09-07-2008

.............. I thought the manic laughter was you Arnzilla  The la-*test*-('") beat sounds very familiar it reminds me of The Beach....but that would be too easy :?

Shynney- 09-07-2008

Yes, Leela, we are obviously marching somewhere but to where I have no idea. Definitely have to try and get hold of 'Seconds'. Sounds slightly familiar so maybe somewhere in my deep past I have watched it but obviously need to again. Sounds intriguing!
