On Leno tonight, Matt spent the first 5 minutes taking about working in Boston, reiterating the story about going out on drug raids with state troopers. He also told an anecdote about an all-nighter on the set when it was next door to a strip club. When the strippers got wind of it, about 20 of them came running out in G-strings stuffed with cash while calling out "WHEAH'S LEONAHHHHHDOOOO???!!!"

Haha, you're not so boring after all :lol: PS Anthony Anderson on Carson daly - wasn't much a fan of his (AA) before but he's grown on me - he's excellent in Hustle and Flow, by the way, and good flick also. Ever since he told that story, that stupid song has been stuck in my head - thanks a lot Anthony My Bologna has a first name, It's O-S-C-A-R. My bologna has a second name, It's M-A-Y-E-R. Oh I love to eat it everyday, And if you ask me why say, Cause' Oscar Mayer has a way with B-O-L-O-G-N-A!!!!

Anthony Anderson was also great on The Shield. I´m still shocked that he didn´t get an emmy nomination. Was Matt Damon promoting The Brothers Grimm on Leno?

LOL, I just saw a promo for tonight's Leno (Im on West coast time) where they showed a clip of Mattie saying "where's Leo-na-do?" Gee, if the strippers really sounded like how Matt imitated them, they must have been really really old strippers :P He most likely was on Leno to primarily promote Brothers Grimm; they had the premiere for the flick in Hollywood earlier today.

Conan brought up Scorsese's name and Mark said he just finished a Boston cops 'n robbers film and wondered why Conan wasn't asked to participate (Conan grew up in Brookline, Mass). Mark said there was a part for an 8 foot tall redheaded guy and thought Conan would've been perfect. Conan said he also could've played a guy who was "good with numbers" who told the mobsters to "go get 'em" (using a Lucky Charms accent). Mark then said that since Marty takes two years to shoot a film, that there was still enough time for Conan to join the cast. He said he started filming The Departed in April and Scorsese was still shooting, even though Mark said he was almost done with shooting another film in the interim.

With apologies to General Mills, it was actually "go get 'em, AAAARRRGGGGHHHH!" Why an Irish mobster accountant would be a pirate is anyone's guess. :D

Conan started off the questions about TD by asking Mark, something to the effect of you're in the middle of shooting a film with an amazing cast and Mark preceded to name off Nicholson, Leonardo, Matt, Alec, Martin Sheen.
